Action: repeal of the decision of the tax authority

The Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Kraków has revoked the decisions of the Director of the Tax Control Office in Kraków concerning SFK, a subsidiary of Action. These are decisions determining tax liabilities and questioning the company's tax deduction in the period from June to September 2015 for a total amount of PLN 2.766 million. The cases have been referred for reconsideration.

The director of the chamber, in justifying such rulings, pointed to the "lack of evidence of the commission of an abuse of the tax laws resulting in the depletion of the state treasury."

SFK jest od marca br. w upadłości. W takiej sytuacji znalazła się w związku z decyzjami krakowskiego UKS z listopada ub.r., który zakwestionował rozliczenie VAT przez spółkę na łączną kwotę ponad 9 mln zł. Skarbówka zajęła konta SFK, firma nie miała środków na bieżącą działalność. Złożyła wniosek o upadłość.

SFK to należąca do Actionu krakowska spółka, założona w 2005 r. Integrowała sieć sklepów „Sfera Komputera”.
