Since the beginning of the year, the restructuring law has been in force, which has resulted in changes to bankruptcy law. In the event of bankruptcy, employees are still preferential creditors, but thanks to the legal changes, their chances of keeping their jobs and recovering their debts are increasing.

- Thanks to the legal changes, the chances of a threatened company continuing to operate increase, which for creditors means a much better chance of recovering their debts, says Maciej Pietrzak, President of the Management Board of PMR Restrukturyzacja SA, in an interview with MarketNews24.
