New solutions to rescue failing companies

Bankruptcy proceedings of companies lasted too long, they involved the sale of assets and the settlement of legal situation. Restructuring proceedings are designed for a much shorter period of time and some of them should end after 2-3 months, they allow companies to be saved and jobs to be preserved, says Maciej Pietrzak, President of PMR Restrukturyzacja SA.
