Cosmetics creditors and practitioners want to rescue Kerdos and Dayli

Monika Nowakowska, president of RDM Partners, a company specialising in the restructuring of companies in the SME sector, has headed a group that wants to undertake the rescue of Kerdos and Dayli.

- I managed to involve a great many people in the project, including dozens of creditors of both Dayla and Kerdos, the Dayla manager and the Kerdos board. All that remained was to convince the employees, the owners of the premises and the ING bank to give the restructuring professionals and experts from the drugstore industry invited to this project a chance to carry out the business due diligence that is necessary to prepare the restructuring plan - says Monika Nowakowska.
